You might have heard Mac Users say, “oh, Mac is so productive…” Well, here are three apps to get the same productivity features on your Windows device as well.
1. Phone Link
Mac and iPhone sync files pretty well…you can send files wirelessly, pick up calls, reply to iMessage, etc. so on Windows, you can use the new Phone Link app. It is already installed on Windows…on Android phones, you have to download the ‘Link to Windows‘ app > scan the QR code > give permissions (It is safe but you can still read them to be sure if you want), and done! Now, you can pick up your calls on Windows, reply to Whatsapp or text messages, and mirror your phone screen…everything quickly.
2. QuickLook
Mac has this feature where you just need to press the spacebar, to preview files quickly. To do the same thing on windows, you can download ‘QuickLook‘ on Windows, and bam! it’s done. PDFs, images, PhDs…everything can be viewed easily.
3. Fences 4
Stack feature on Mac OS, you get this feature where you can stack up all the photos or videos over each other and this saves a lot of desktop space. to do the same in windows, install Fences 4 on your Windows device. Its use is quite the same but a little bit different…your whole desktop will be divided into programs, photos, and files. But it’s all sorted now and if you just double-click on the desktop and it disappears…just like Intel disappeared from all Mac laptops 🙂
